For as long as I can recall, I have been going to farmers markets in search of that really unique item that you just can’t possibly find anywhere else. I think this hunt may have started about 20 years ago in Gloucester, MA when I stumbled upon wind chimes made of cutlery! Sometimes it is the little things in life that make you smile. So combined with my love of travel, willingness to talk to anyone (sorry mom, even strangers), the desire to share my treasures, and the support of a loving family and posse of girlfriends, Farmers Market Finds was born.
I have met so many interesting artisans in every imaginable craft, each with their own unique story and passion for their creation. Whether it be pottery, home décor, food, clothing or general crafts; the story behind the creation is always a story worth telling. You will find those stories, along with my own travel anecdotes, favorite moments shared with friends and family, and of course recommendations for great products and places to go, among the pages in Farmers Market Finds. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy bringing them to you.
And if you happen to be at your local farmers market and find something great, send it my way! I would love to share your Farmers Market Finds too!
