Welcome to the Barn – the indoor/outdoor home of the Olympia Farmer’s Market in Olympia, WA! Farmer’s Market Finds came across this amazing building home to over 100 vendors including farmers, food producers, and artisans. The Barn is also home to 7 permanent restaurants, a concert stage that features live music and hosts a variety of special events.As one of the oldest (40 years) and largest farmer’s markets in Washington State, this year round markets offers a fun filled day for the whole family. With both permanent and temporary vendors, you’ll find a never ending supply of new things to see, hear and taste. Live music sets the mood everyday and you can find a full line up of performances on the markets entertainment page. As you shop the market make sure to stop by the San Francisco Street Bakery for delicious baked goods, Miller Lavender for aromatic sachets made from Washington grown lavender and Honey Bear Farm for honey candles and products made from bees the forage on local blackberries, fireweed, and the flowers in the foothills of Olympia. Shop for fresh meat, fish, confections and flowers, then relax and enjoy a meal at one of the seven permanent restaurants. Choose from classic American sandwiches and shakes, vegan, Mexican, Greek, Indian, German and traditional fish and chips made from local seafood – truly an international sampling of food!
Try to catch one of their special events, including the Slow Foods of Olympia, Farm to Table, and The Taste of Olympia culinary events -where chefs are paired with farmers to create delicious meals from farm fresh meat, seafood and produce.
